One of the things in the darkest of times for me that's a source of happiness is naps. It's kind of miraculous how you can go to this world and return a new human being. And so whatever the hell naps do, and there's obviously a lot of good science on this, but early science. I don't think the science of sleep is solved. The only thing we know is sleep is kind of good for you. But the full dynamics of that is hard to understand. The point is, empirically speaking, for you, For me, naps or at least a good night's sleep works.
