Today, I am blessed to have here with me Dr. Dominik Nischwitz. He is a world-renowned specialist in biological dentistry, holistic odontology, and ceramic implants.
He is the current Vice-president of the ISMI (International Society for Metal-Free Implantology), whose mission is to help as many people as possible to experience optimum oral health without the use of metal-based treatments.
As an international speaker, he regularly shares his expertise onstage in order to establish biological dentistry as the new frontier in the industry and covers this very topic in his recent bestselling book, It’s All In Your Mouth, published by Chelsea Green.
With his father, Dr. Nischwitz cofounded DNA Health and Aesthetics Center for Biological Dentistry in Tubingen, Germany in 2015. Dr. Nischwitz has exclusively used ceramic implants since 2013, placing more than 5000 to date. A pioneer in the field of holistic dentistry, Dr. Nischwitz regularly gives lectures around the world.
Aside from biological dentistry and oral health in general, his other passions include functional medicine, holistic nutrition, and competitive sports.
He trains traditional dentists in biological dentistry and believes all health starts in the mouth.

[06:05] The Dangers of Amalgam Fillings and This Highly Toxic Dental Practice
Amalgam fillings contain 50% mercury.

There is tons of research about amalgam fillings and mercury poisoning.
Mercury leaches out of amalgam fillings when they are in your mouth.
The mercury will come out when you bite, drink hot beverages, and brush your teeth.
The mercury vapor will go through all cells in your body.

The half-life of mercury in your tissue is about sixteen to thirty-two years.

You cannot diagnose cavitation on a two-dimensional x-ray.
“Cavitation” is the term for a medical condition known as NICO or FDOJ, which can develop after tooth removals.
FDOJ is fatty degenerative osteonecrosis and osteolysis of the jawbone.
Many people develop problems after tooth removals because they don’t know how to heal properly.

Every tooth has a specific connection via the autonomic nervous system to organs in your body.
The wisdom tooth area is connected to the small intestine.
A lot of people have SIBO after getting their wisdom teeth removed.
Removing cavitations can help with health symptoms like SIBO, IBS, and eczema.

You want to gently rub when you brush your teeth.
Your teeth health is more about lifestyle and nutrition, not necessarily how well you are brushing your teeth.

He also cleans his teeth with a towel; it doesn’t matter!

If you start eating a keto diet, you will have an entirely new set of bacteria in three days.
However, you will have dysbiosis if you have a mouth full of root canals, metals, and cavitations.
