It's officially cozy season. The sweaters come out, it gets darker earlier, and suddenly pumpkin spice is everywhere, which sounds healthy. Pumpkin, spice, fantastic. Unfortunately, your pumpkin spice latte does not count as eating your vegetables. And this is also the time of year when good habits can start slipping a little. We're busier, we're inside more. So instead of attempting some elaborate fall health reset, sometimes it's better to focus on habits that are actually easy to keep. That's what we like about Balance in Nature. Their whole health system brings together 47 ingredients from real whole fruits, vegetables, spices, and fibers in a really simple daily routine. Three fruit capsules, three veggie capsules, and two scoops of fiber and spice.

The U.S. has issued a travel alert to Americans to exercise caution in the U.K. This comes after British authorities arrested five men yesterday near an airbase used by the U.S. military. Counterterrorism police are investigating the incident as a possible terror attack.
Georgia Howe 3:04
Here with the details is Daily Wire culture reporter Megan Basham. So, Megan, obviously the location and timing of this incident is raising alarms. What exactly happened?
Megan Basham 3:14
Yeah, Georgia, so shortly after midnight on Sunday, police in Gloucestershire, England, received a call that three suspicious-looking vehicles were seen traveling toward Royal Air Force Base Fairford. So that is the Air Force base that U.S. military also uses that John mentioned there at the outset. It's in southwest England. It's about 80 miles outside of London. So a local farmer has now come forward to say that she was the one who alerted police to this. And she said that she saw five masked Middle Eastern-looking men on her way home from a party. And here's part of what she told The Telegraph. And I'm reading here her quote. I saw a group of Middle Eastern-looking young guys running off through the trees.
Megan Basham 4:03
Some of them had masks or balaclavas on, and they all scattered ahead of us as we drove back past. So she quickly contacted police. Now, authorities then tracked and arrested these five men in the nearby village of Welford and were told that they were initially detained on suspicion of violating the UK's Explosives Act. And later, counterterrorism police added that the men had also been arrested on suspicion of planning a terrorist attack.
