Chapter 1: What recent legal changes affect the Trump tariffs?
Just a few hours ago, I posted a video talking about the Trump tariff situation. And of course, in typical Trump tariff news, it either moves exceptionally slow or exceptionally fast. And so I posted this one talking about the Supreme Court overruling Trump's tariff decision. And then within a few hours, Trump decided to pull out yet another tariff move.
He was absolutely ashamed at some of the justices who ruled against him. But he basically decided, hey, I'm going to do this anyways. And he pulled out a new 10% global tariff under a law that's been restricted to 150 days.
Chapter 2: What does the new 10% global tariff mean for businesses?
essentially for at least the next 150 days or until the supreme court says otherwise there is going to be now a 10 global tariff still uh in effect at this point so what will happen next i don't know but it is very interesting to see this develop and we will continue to update you as it does develop i am wondering one thing and one thing only and that's

Chapter 3: What is the expected impact of Congress on future tariffs?
Is it going to be staying at 10% or are we going to be seeing Congress step up and say, Hey, we're doing some tariffs. Oh, other news. And right before I go, the one last thing is that refunds are being said to not happen.
Chapter 4: Are refunds available for past tariff payments?
So they are saying that there will not be any refunds at the moment for any of the tariffs that were deemed unconstitutional. So it is one of those things that unfortunately I don't think we're going to see refunds, but Hopefully with this new 10% tariff, we don't see any major issues.
