Shark takes us through the course of events that led to the hearing and confirms his intention to appeal the decision. Jane Mangan gives us an overview of the case and we also discuss the news of former racehorse Bedelia, pictures of whom emerged yesterday on social media looking malnourished having arrived in the UK from Ireland where she was trained.
