Well, the issue of transgender athletes competing in women's sports has made it all the way to the highest court in the land this week. And the highest court heard arguments in two key cases on Wednesday. Little versus Hecox, a case involving a Boise State University track team hopeful. a man who wanted access to the women's team and was denied.

Chapter 2: How does the Supreme Court address transgender athletes in women's sports?
The best line that anybody can say is, I don't care. Whatever they say, simply say, I don't care. You're hurting my feelings. I'm unseen. I'm unheard. You're misgendering me. Whatever. I don't care. Once you don't care and you rob them of your empathy, a lot of that goes away.
Right. And you just have to not care about being called ist and phobic this and whatever, whatever names they come up with. I don't care. Right. But I think what's a little frustrating, you know, President Trump does so many great things and we are all so happy to see him sign executive orders banning, you know, men and women's sports. It was one of the first things that he did in office.
And, you know, we're all like, this is what I voted for. But it's not just this flick of the wrist thing. flick of the magic wand and this whole thing goes away. And like we're seeing, you know, now some of these cases are being heard by the Supreme Court. So how does this happen where President Trump signs an executive order, but then this trans stuff is still happening?
Well, there's a few angles to that. And I'm so glad to hear you say that because so many people in your positions that do really good work, unfortunately, really inadvertently lied to the public by saying woke is dead or we've won. That actually sets us back because now parents going, great, President Trump signed this executive order, not understanding what an executive order really is.
And then they don't use that executive order. So when it comes to K through 12, There's a double-sided, double-edged coin here, right? The double-sided coin here or a double-edged sword. We should not have the federal government be able to tell the schools what to do. That's how it should have been. But when the Obama administration came in, they weaponized the federal government.
And so now we're in this loop where the K-12 education in all 50 states become a political football and it moves depending on who's in office, right? And so our enemies, the transgender cult are really good about this. When Biden's in office, they'll say, hey, we have to follow federal law. This is what we have to do. But when President Trump's in office, they'll say,
We don't have to listen to the federal government. We just got to listen to the state. So they try to get it coming and going. And a lot of parents, because they are very good people, don't know how to fight this where they do it the other way, where they really use President Trump's executive orders and really force the schools to do it.
Certainly, there's some states that are doing it, like in Maine. We've been doing a lot of work in Maine to do that and certain other states as well, but this is what happens. And so these, especially the blue states, they really go, no, they hide behind the laws in the state. But here's the thing, Title IX is federal law. And so that's where the fight is.
So the reason why they can still do it is because not enough parents swarm the school districts and demand that boys are out of the girls' bathrooms and sports and things. And so they wait. They wait for the courts. And while the court's important, and I am so excited that the Supreme Court's going to go to see it the way of common sense, that takes time.

Chapter 3: What is the significance of Alvin Louie's insights on the Supreme Court cases?
So the schools are doing it mostly through mental health. And I know that that's something that a lot of Americans still do. Uh, don't have the grasp of, because they'll still think it's a teacher or a librarian, which obviously they, they do that a hundred percent.
Right.
That's where the teachers are trained, but it's the mental health. That is what governs all K through 12. The entire K through 12 system is, is executed through the lens of mental health. And so that's where they hide all the transgenderism.
And so there is no incentive for them to ever go the way of normalcy or excellence or academics or parental rights because the school counselors, any of the mental health professionals, they're all trained to push the transgender ideology. So this is why, and if you think about it that way, what I just said, actually everything makes sense.
Right. But because academics is not who's training them to push this stuff. And is there like a financial incentivization? Is there a kickback that's happening here?
Well, the who is mostly well, there's a lot of who's there's like the teachers colleges. Obviously, the teachers union, you know, has a huge hand in pushing that. But as far as the mental health goes, is really the American School Counselor Association. Or we call them ASCA, A-S-C-A.
And for most people listening to this, they think of counselors as the nice guidance counselor that you saw maybe once or twice when you were in high school. And they helped you with your academics, but that's no longer the case. They are no longer guidance counselors. They have very little to do with college exams and AP courses.
They're all social justice activists, or they call themselves social change agents. And so as far as the money goes... When we put in millions, at this point it's been billions, but every year we are still pumping in millions, tens of millions of dollars into these school districts for mental health.
And still to this day, even now with this current administration, they're still putting in that because they still don't get that mental health is not what you and I think of it. classically as good mental health. And so what happens is when these school districts get this money and they must, and what they do with this money is they just simply hire more school counselors and more training.

Chapter 4: How are young athletes impacted by the current legal landscape?
And the schools can't do anything about that. They can't do anything because once you say, as long as you feel that way, you can be that.
Live your truth, as they say. And if you're a tiger, you can go around biting people. It's in your nature.
I'm waiting for a child to pretend to be Hulk. And then that way he gets to rip off his clothes and start banging on cars and screaming Hulk smash. You got to let him do it. He identifies as Hulk.
Well, it is a very scary reality that kids can be transitioned at school or even socially transition. But I know you've come on this show before and we've talked about how in schools they're actually going as far as to start the medical transition process without parents knowing. But President Trump is weighing an executive order. And I want you to talk to me about this.
to prevent the government from taking kids away from parents who want their kids to just be normal. Parents who oppose the gender transition. This is happening at school. The parents find out about it. They want to put a stop to it. They're not going to identify with the kitten self litter box bullshit. That is happening at school. The parents don't know about it. Parents find out.
They're saying, heck no, we're not doing this. And you're telling me that governments, certain blue state governments are taking those kids away from those well-meaning normal parents?
Yeah. Yeah, absolutely. So I think what you're referring to, and we hope that he signs this very soon because we know it's already been drafted. is they, actually a lot of people don't know that. So I'm happy to talk about that on your show.
He will be hopefully signing an executive order to defund any child protective services or CPS that remove children from the homes of the parents that don't believe their child's born in the wrong body. And so this is certainly a tremendous for what we do at Courageous Habit. It's certainly tremendous for all families everywhere.
Um, because, and, you know, we talked about the school counselors, they're the ones who set the tone of keeping secrets from parents because they've changed or they didn't change, but they've, they've expanded, uh, the definition of unsafe and abusive.
