I get pretty deep in this one, and it’s a topic I haven’t spoken about very much, so I really hope it’s valuable.(12:50) We end with a great question from Pete, who asks us to address how to implement initiatives that have been agreed on in strategic planning sessions. So often great ideas come out of planning sessions, but then 6 months down the track no movement has been made because everyone is getting on with their standard day to day activities.
