Iran has delivered its latest proposal for the U.S. It comes as President Trump was quoted this week telling the Axios News website he rejected a previous Iranian proposal for Iran to open the Strait of Hormuz. That would be in exchange for the U.S. ending its naval blockade on Iranian ships. NPR's Aya Batraoui has more.
