She says she is now filing a complaint.
Swalwell has vehemently rejected accusations of sexual assault and sexual misconduct by multiple women.
He has dropped his bid for California governor.
He resigned yesterday from Congress.
Separately, Texas Republican Representative Tony Gonzalez also resigned from Congress yesterday.
He admitted to an affair with a staffer.
After the affair started, the woman died by suicide.
