This week I am joined by Jo Ferbrache, also known by some as Sober Jo, who stopped drinking in January 2019 after she'd decided enough was enough and something had to change. She was a grey area drinker with an unhealthy relationship with alcohol - celebrate, commiserate - any excuse. She also used alcohol as a way to self-medicate her ADHD. Jo worked for a brewery and in advertising, a 'work hard, drink harder' culture. Jo completed a year-long charity challenge, raising over £15,000 for charity whilst changing her life for the better. Jo is a leader for the mindful drinking movement in Jersey, where she lives, and is passionate about sharing her Sober Journey to raise awareness and help others.
