After being sober curious for around 2 years, in August 2022 Jodi set herself a 100-day challenge to initially shift the weight that drinking in excess during covid and not treating herself as a priority had left her with. In a bid to keep her focused on the sobriety challenge discovered a whole world of soul-destroying secrets that big marketing have been keeping from us through various podcasts & audiobooks & vowed at just 30 days sober, to never drink alcohol again.
