At just 21, Julie’s life took an unexpected turn when workplace trauma followed by a decade of psychiatric sedation disconnected her from herself. Over nearly 30 years, she has worked to understand and integrate her experiences, finding strength and healing through sobriety, self-discovery, and holistic wellness. Julie is also an accredited 400-hour breathwork facilitator, and SMART recovery facilitator and blends her expertise in psychology and holistic practices to support leaders, teams, and individuals in managing stress, fostering connection, and achieving lasting wellbeing. She also runs international retreats for both her corporate and private clients.
