Kim’s journey began in 2013 when she decided to make the commitment to stop drinking in order to support her son Matthew who had been diagnosed with epilepsy. Sober is the New Cool was created as she soon realised the social pressures surrounding not only herself but her son too. Connection is the key to hope, health and happiness. She quickly realised that sending messages of hope and inspiration every day has the potential to brighten someone’s world.
