On this weeks episode of One For The Road I am joined by Niall Harbison, a street dog rescuer based in Thailand. In early 2021, recovering from a near-death experience caused by substance abuse, Niall started jogging around Koh Samui, Thailand. Observing many malnourished dogs, he started bringing food to some and sharing the videos online. Niall's videos started to attract the attention of people all over the world who wanted to help. Niall has since set up the HappyDoggo charity, whose aim is to reduce the suffering of dogsworldwide, with particular focus on Thailand and South East Asia.His second book, Tina: The Dog Who Changed the World, became an instant Sunday Times and New York Times Bestseller.
