Hola Sober ONLINE is a global support platform offering nine support meetings a week and the Hola Sober Men division kicks off in September led by the fabulous Irish Hurling star Ciarán Carey . Hola Sober MONTHLY is a colourful uplifting magazine talking all things sobriety, fashion and fun for the sober community and she has also set up Hola Sober ACADEMY which offers multiple kick-start sober programs and Masterclasses helping women reach sustained sobriety.
