And I think... justice for football was done today I think by the best football team in the country and I think we showed that today I thought we could have been out of sight and look we've a lot of respect for that long but we were that good I think we made them look average and look I think you're seeing both half of us obviously really attacking wise scoring the first half and then we had to do the dirty side and look we've some young players and stuff to hold your nerve in a cup final like that the whole group and as I said we are right off coming into it I mean just unbelievably proud of the group like

Ah, she's unbelievable. Look, we spoke about during the week that obviously, you know, we didn't have two very good performances coming into this. So we're saying to each other, you know, show people what you're about. We said to her during the week, show everyone on Sunday now who Hallie is, you know, and she's a brilliant personality, real inner city. I love that about her. But as I said, we obviously support the young players, but they give us so much being so fearless. So you can imagine when I see her role shine early on, you're thinking, here we go, we're on here. And not just her, Maeve, Olivia, Bella, all of her attacking players are phenomenal. But yeah, look, Hallie was outstanding. She's a brilliant young talent.

And then, you know, Alex gets a great goal and then I thought Maeve was outstanding again, had the full-back all day. I thought we gave their defence a torrid time. And that's what we wanted to do because we probably haven't done it consistently enough in the league. So we knew this was a once-off, go out, give it everything, show people what we're about. And I think that's what we talked about during the week. It's not leaving the pitch thinking we didn't perform or didn't play well. We didn't want that feeling. I think we got that from minute one.
Yeah, and look at the back as well. I know they got that late goal, but it kind of was as good as a clean sheet almost. I know they got the late one, but I just thought as a back four, as a unit, you played really well. Then you had the protection of Alex Caban in front of you as well for a lot of the second half. For yourself, Pearl, because at your own age, where does the motivation come from? I know you read the game so well. You could see that today. It was a great demonstration of a quality centre-back reading the game really well.
