We are finally here for one of the most highly anticipated... videos, podcasts that we do all year predicting the entire table from last to first and then reflecting on it at the end of the year of just how bad or good, sometimes good-ish.

Let's get straight into the news and start... with 22nd position.

I'm sorry. Look, this is not going to go down well for Perez fans. However, it was a head-to-head duel, spoilers, head-to-head duel between the two Cadillac drivers. I have not put Bottas 12th. I'm going to tell you that right now. It was a head-to-head duel between the two Cadillac drivers, and I have rather humorously backed Bottas the entire way through. It's a head-to-head war between me and Tommy because, of course, he is backing Perez for this year. I'm backing my boy Bottas. So, look, I have to put Perez 22nd.
He will, I'm sure, do a good job in that Cadillac. But he is going to be restricted massively by the machinery he has. And I firmly believe the Cadillac will be the slowest team throughout the entire year. And therefore, I'm sorry, but it had to be done.
So in 22nd place, I have picked Valtteri Bottas. No surprise. I don't think anyone will be surprised about this. I've not changed my opinion on the fact that, you know, we have this joke with Perez and Bottas. Unfortunately for Cadillac, they are, I think, looking like they're going to be last if Aston Martin can up their game and finish a race, of course. And Cadillac, yeah, they're going to struggle. They've got two very experienced and good drivers and race winners. But, you know, I don't think it's a crazy shout to say that one of them is going to have to be last in the championship. And I'm backing Perez over Bottas still, like we've kind of joked in the past. So I've gone for Bottas in 22nd place.
All right, let's head to penultimate last, 21st. So 21st, no surprise, it's Sergio Perez. I think the Cadillacs will struggle to get points. But this was the reason why I backed Perez in the first place is those crazy races. He was always one in a false India that could get a podium in a midfield car in an absolute bonkers race. And, you know, if we have a couple of bonkers races in a season, I just think that Perez is more likely than Bottas to somehow spawn into like a, it could even be 12th, you know, like who knows what you're actually going to end up beating your teammate on because it might not even be a point. It might just be a position. So, yeah, I'm backing Sergio Perez to finish ahead of his teammate this year.
