This is something that came up for me recently when my name was being tossed around for a huge speaking opportunity, and I had the chance to fulfill a major dream of mine. I didn't land the gig, but it made me realize that I need to make myself more visible and chase what I know I was put on this earth to do. I discuss overcoming the fear of being perceived as 'too much' or 'full of yourself,' and share a really great way to reframe those thoughts that my friend Patrice Washington came up with.
