The practices that are thriving are making great money while working reasonable hours, they're growing sustainably, they're serving their communities with excellence, and they're creating real impact for their communities and real income for themselves and their families.
However, there are other practices that I see out there that really are struggling. They're working longer hours and barely breaking even. They are constantly stressed about finances. And a lot of these people are missing important family moments, which is like kind of why they got into private practice to make sure that they were at those things. And so what is the difference? Well, the difference has nothing to do with location, it has nothing to do with experience, and it doesn't have to do with clinical skills. And so today I'm sharing five private practice predictions that will truly determine which side of this divide that you will be on in the next year.
