Starting a private practice isn't what it used to be. Today's clinicians are starting private practices much quicker, easier, and cheaper than before. And they aren't guessing their way through it or getting stuck in analysis paralysis, they're following a tried and true roadmap in order to save time, money, and frustration. There is no reason to reinvent the wheel or struggle to figure out how to start a private practice on your own. We've helped thousands of SLPs and OTs through this process and now we want to help you too. For a limited time, I'm offering a free copy of our private practice roadmap, specifically for SLPs and OTs who are curious about private practice and want to see what the journey looks like.

Welcome back to another episode of the Private Practice Success for Is podcast. I'm your host, Jenna Caster Kazbon, and today you're gonna meet someone whose journey I know will resonate with many of you. Suresha DeVuru. Suresha is a speech language pathologist and founder of Your Voice Matters in Frisco, Texas. After spending a decade in traditional nine-to-five roles, including schools and home health, Suresha hit a breaking point. The paperwork, lack of time with clients, and the burnout were all weighing her down. And like many of us, she wrestled with imposter syndrome and thought that private practice was, air quotes, too big for her until she realized
It could actually be designed in a way to fit her life and not the other way around. So she joined the Start Your Private Practice program in order to get legally set up and started, and she hasn't looked back. In this episode, Sharisha shares how she went from seeing private practice as too intimidating to starting with just one flyer on Facebook. She also shared how she built her caseload through grassroots efforts like screening and networking. Has she carved out a niche in pediatric feeding therapy with a trauma-informed approach that sets her apart? And why private practice has given her not just more income, but the freedom to be a mom, a wife, and the person that she wanted to be. If you've ever thought that private practice was out of reach,
Or if you've wondered whether it could really give you more fulfillment, flexibility, and finances, then you're gonna love hearing how Sharisha made it happen. So let's dive in. I'm Jenna Castro-Kasbon, speech language pathologist, business coach, and creator of the Start Your Private Practice System. And I'm on a mission to turn stuck SLPs into successful private practitioners. If you're tired of dealing with high productivity requirements, high caseload sizes, and low pay, it's time to take control of your professional, personal, and financial life and finally get the freedom, flexibility, and financial abundance that you deserve by working with private clients in your own practice. Join me here each week as I share tips, best practices, and inspirational interviews on the Private Practice Success Stories podcast.
If you're a private practitioner or one in the making, you're in the right place, so let's get started. Alright, so before we dive in, can you please share your name, your location, and the name of your private practice?
