Ep. #35 Today’s guest is naturopathic doctor Dr. Saman Faramarzi. Dr. Sam is someone who has guided me physically and spiritually through a lot of my acne journey and completed her naturopathic medical training at Bastyr University. Dr. Sam studied cutting-edge research on mindfulness at the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine at Harvard Medical School. She incorporates her knowledge into private practice and witnesses profound changes in patients just after a few visits.
