I am an artist and a wellbeing and transformation coach on a mission to bring more light, love, and joy into the world and to empower others to live a radiant life unique to their soul's purpose.
I've spent the past 15 plus years and tens of thousands of hours studying wisdom traditions, particularly therapeutic yoga and meditation, psychology, neuroscience, quantum physics, and the spiritual frameworks of astrology, human design, and gene keys. I've also been in the weeds doing my own deep self work to break free from unconscious conditioning and beliefs that have kept me in depression and living life on others terms.
I'm creating this podcast because I believe my upbringing, religious, and educational systems all failed me. And, I suspect they failed you too.
We are taught that there is only one way to do life, and frankly, it's crap.
The truth is, you are the only one who gets to choose what your life looks like. Your soul is here to have its own unique experience and it's never too late to change course, to become majestically yourself.
Unfortunately, well meaning, and maybe not so well meaning, folks have taught us lies when we were little that imprinted on our subconscious and they have kept us playing small.
When you understand your own unique genetic blueprint for your life, and you are open to breaking free from childhood conditioning, you are going to open yourself up to a world of possibilities.
I'm here to help you see how the wisdom traditions, neuroscience, and quantum physics can help steer us into more power to live radiant, balanced, and easeful lives that our souls are calling us towards.
I'm recording this podcast first and foremost for my kids. If there's any legacy I can leave them, it's for them to do life on their terms.
But it's also for you and I to remind ourselves and continue to give us courage to live the life of our dreams.
I'll be mixing up my own personal life stories and learnings together with inspirational guests who have also broken free to live the lives their souls have called themselves to.
