Carson Kelly with two yet again. Dansby. Dansby contributed. So he also had two hits in this game. Michael Conforto with the no-doubter home run. It was the hit parade. 14 hits overall. You score 10 runs off of that. You're winning the game. That's what's happening.
Adding on to that, yeah, you had five Cubs players with two hits in the game. Oh, my goodness. What a revelation that was. But for me, the single best part of the game yesterday happened in the first inning. There I was watching the Cubs sitting on my couch, Dave the Cat meowing in the kitchen.

But then Ian Happ just absolutely say, I don't think that they win this game without the Ian Happ blistering single up the middle to score two to give the Cubs an early two to nothing lead against the Pirates and tell the Cubs offense. It's okay to hit with runners in scoring position. And then Happ did it later, too. He breaks up the 4-4 tie with a three-run jack to make it 7-4, and they never look back. But it's that first inning moment that was tense and then relief.
