It goes back to my first conversations I've had with Caleb and those were he wants to win here in Chicago and he wants to win Super Bowls. And, you know, that's really his motivating factor. He's been very clear and consistent with that message over the last year and a half that I've gotten to know him. And so in order to do that, that's what we're pursuing. And his portion of that is to be the best leader that this team can get from the quarterback position, excel this offense to the next level, be a good supportive teammate throughout the whole thing. And like I said, I think he continues to make significant strides and very happy with where he's at.

I like the energy. I like the head coach signing off on the plan of Caleb Williams, what he wants to do. But I like the most where he said, I like where he's at. How many times have you heard him say that about Caleb Williams? More times than not, he's telling you what he needs to improve. I was just going to say that. So for him to say, I like where he's at, that means he's headed in the right direction and Ben Johnson feels like things are good right now.

So we're all aligned on what we want a certain route to look like, where we want the ball to be thrown. And so, you know, routes on air, you can go out there and tell a receiver, hey, you're missing your depth or expect the ball to be at this spot.
