And then for the Sox, yeah, you have a chance to try to get another series against a team in the Kansas City Royals that have really just been struggling to figure themselves out. And so, yeah, it should be a good week of baseball here in town leading up to Sox and Cubs this weekend.
Russ is my favorite baseball barometer, so let me just say it because we do this all the time, me and Russ talking. The series between the White Sox and the Royals is of much more consequence than the series, or not much more, just more consequence than the series between the Braves and the Cubs. We know where those teams are headed, but I believe because this is just the second time the White Sox have played a series with a division rival, it's much more important that they take advantage of this opportunity than whatever happens between the Braves and the Cubs.

I would disagree with that because the Sox are going to have more opportunities to play against the Royals this year within the division. I think for the Cubs and the Braves, for both teams, it's an early measuring stick. of, okay, if that's the best team in baseball, which I believe the Atlanta Braves are, and the Cubs are also right there as that 1A, number two of the best teams in baseball, if you go out to Atlanta and you win that series, I think the Cubs can feel really confident that they are the best team in baseball as we sit here in the second week of May.
