Not much. It's great to see you again. It's great to be back together. It's great to be on this runway toward the start of training camp. And look at that. We got a guest.
Oh, he is shining right now, like he always does. Joining us on Take the North is Kevin Fishbane, senior writer for The Athletic and, of course, host of the Breaking In podcast with Kevin Fishbane. And we are happy to have him back on the Take the North podcast. What's going on, Fishbane? How are you, buddy?

Well, it's funny you say that because I have somebody that assists me when I do my limited TV appearances. And the person that assists me told me some constructive criticism. He's one of these people who will not lie. He says, do me a favor. Make sure when you go on TV, put some powder on the forehead. Nobody wants to see that protruding forehead of yours. So I got so much powder in this place that I'm in right now. So if you ever want to borrow some powder, buddy, you just let me know because my dome is showing and shining right now too.
All right. We all know where to go to get our powder.
I was told a little bronzer too every once in a while. You guys know that. I showed up to House Hall one day, and I was over bronzed, and you guys both commented on it, as a matter of fact.
I thought you came straight from the tanning bed that day. I actually have a question for Kev while we're on the topic in terms of camp. I know, obviously, hats are a big thing, but do you have to really over sunscreen the dome when we get out there in those hot days of training camp?
It's a good question, Dan. And for those who will be at camp, I've got a couple new hats for the rotation this summer. I'm looking forward to breaking out. You've got to compete with Patrick Finley when it comes to good hats. I do have to put a little extra sunscreen in the area of the back of the head where the hat doesn't cover it. My wife has told me... She said, you have to every once in a while go no hat because otherwise I'm going to get this line right here near the bald. So I'm still, you know, this is like year three of the no hair look. So I'm still getting used to that. So some days I might go no hat.
Okay. All right. Well, I got that 30 on my desk that apparently everybody uses because I am not there as much as I used to be. So feel free to gobble that up.
