No, that's accurate. No, but Utah is gorgeous, absolutely beautiful state, like very obviously outdoor state. So I recommend it. Like on the surface you hear Utah and it sounds lame and boring, but it's an absolutely beautiful state that I would recommend it to you, Lawrence.
