What is up, guys? It's Andy Priscilla, and this is the show for the realest. Say goodbye to the lies, the fakeness, and delusions of modern society, and welcome to motherfucking reality. Guys, are you guys done over there?
Unknown Speaker 0:30
Mm-hmm.
Andy Frisella 0:30
Okay. NAF. That's where you submit the questions and we give you the answers. You know the deal. All right? You can submit your questions multiple different ways. The first way is... Guys, email these questions into askandy at andyfrisella.com. Or you go on YouTube, drop your question in the comments, or click that link underneath the video and you can call in the show. All right? So we want to hear from you. So anyway... We got multiple shows here, all right? Tomorrow we're going to have CTI. That stands for Cruise the Internet. That's our comedy, social events, crazy world show. I don't know what you want to call it. It's a variety show, okay? We put topics on the screen. We speculate what's true, what's not true, and then we talk about how we the people, the good citizens of the United States and the world, have to fix these problems going on in the world. Other times we're going to have Real Talk. Real Talk's 520 minutes. We'll be giving you some Real Talk. And then we're going to have 75 Hard Versus.
Andy Frisella 1:40
75 Hard Versus where someone who has completed the 75 Hard Program comes on the show. They talk about how they were before, how they are now, and how they turned their life around using the 75 Hard Program. If you're unfamiliar with the 75 Hard Program, It is the initial phase of the Live Hard program, which is available for free at episode 208. It is the world's most popular mental toughness program ever. Get it for free on the audio feed, episode 208. There's also a book called The Book on Mental Toughness, which includes the entire program, plus a whole bunch of extra content. That is not free. You can get it at andyforsella.com. And yeah, we got some big stuff coming down the pipe. So keep your eye out on that.
Andy Frisella 2:25
It might include some books that I mentioned a few weeks ago. So anyway, we don't run ads. We appreciate your help sharing the show. So don't be a hoe.
Unknown Speaker 2:38
Share the show.
Andy Frisella 2:39
Yeah. How about that? Let's pull that one right out of my pocket.
Unknown Speaker 2:42
Yeah, you did. Yeah. What's up, man? Oh, nothing much, man. You know, dude, we do got a lot of stuff coming. We got Summer Smash coming up. Summer Smash this week? Yeah, it's going to be crazy. Is it this? No, it's next week. It's this week. The show comes out on Monday. Yeah. Is Summer Smash, oh, is it two weeks from now? Yeah, it's two weeks. Oh, is it? All right, my bad. Bro, you almost, I almost shit my pants. Yeah, me too.
Andy Frisella 3:09
Don't do that.
Unknown Speaker 3:11
All right, two weeks. Yeah, we got two weeks, though. But, I mean, it's a lot of planning that goes into that, man, to deliver a great experience for everybody.
Andy Frisella 3:19
Yeah, it's going to be awesome.
Unknown Speaker 3:20
It'll be sick. 10th anniversary Summer Smash. Number 10, dude. Yeah. Jeez. Yep. Jeez. What was the first one like?
Andy Frisella 3:29
Dude, we came up with the idea at the end of April and did it at the beginning of June. Man. Yeah. So it was like... That's a very quick turnaround. Yeah, let's do this.
Unknown Speaker 3:39
And we did it. Yeah. For comparison, people, after Summer Smash, we already start planning for the next one.
Andy Frisella 3:44
Yeah, now we do. But I mean, it was cool, dude. You know, we didn't know what we were doing, but it didn't matter because people came and they had a good time and... know we don't really go to expos like big expos anymore um whatever and we just wanted to spend time with our people so we we threw this idea together people came and it grew every year and that was it yeah it was totally different than the ones that we do now though like similar you know where we do work out and all those things uh but we used to do a mud run instead of the sick workout that was cool uh and then The event itself was like way smaller. We didn't have music. We had a DJ. Just like. Local DJ. Yeah, right. Exactly. But it was fucking great. It was fun, man. It was the same amount of fun, but it wasn't, you know, such a production. For sure. But, you know. Now it's pretty fucking awesome. Now it's crazy. It is crazy, yes. But there's, you know, like, dude, it was fun then too, man.
