In this episode of the Rox Lyfe podcast I'm chatting with James Barber and Rebecca Brett from the Altitude Centre – who, at their facilities in London, help sportspeople obtain the benefits of training at altitude, without needing to go up a mountain to get them. In this chat we talk about the benefits of altitude training, how to obtain those if you can’t train at altitude or at their centre in London, the ways in which you can benefit for HYROX from this type of training, and how it can help when recovering from injury.
