In this episode of the Rox Lyfe podcast I'm chatting with Jess Towl (@jesstowl). Jess had only raced in 2 HYROX races when she qualified for the Elite race Major in Washington DC. That seemingly incredible achievement becomes a little more understandable when you hear about her sporting background – from competing for Great Britain in the triathlon, to then moving to CrossFit where she set a world record, and now she has found HYROX.
