What are you looking for in a coach? Open question. What do you want in a coach?

a little time ago, the man who's going to be central to this decision when he joined Fireball. He gave himself a little out, but at this stage, I don't think he was thinking Josh Fraser would be the coach.
I don't think that it's appropriate for this footy club to have to talk anyone into doing the job. We're a big club in this competition. As I've heard you say a number of times, the person who gets this place going will be um you know will be looked at by our supporters in a different way than maybe the guys in the past so from that standpoint you know we want people who who want the job take josh on face value right now that um that he doesn't think he is the guy but what i can say is he's doing a very good job so you can officially rule josh fraser out for the moment absolutely um you know to absolutely take him on face value that um that right now he's committed to making sure that this club ends the season in a better way than it probably started.
And as I say, he's doing a great job of that at the moment.
Just a flat out no for me. It's just a flat out no. You shouldn't have to talk someone into the job. And just because you've had some really good results and credit to him for whatever he's done in this last 11 weeks.
