How does Andrew describe the joy of scented candles?

I'm the host of Deep Sleep Sounds, another sleep-inducing podcast from the Slumber Studios Network. On the Deep Sleep Sounds podcast, you'll find hundreds of episodes featuring relaxing nature soundscapes, sleep music, calming white noise and much more. Everything is designed with your sleep in mind, so if you're looking for another great way to ease into a restful night's slumber, then just search Deep Sleep Sounds on your favourite podcast player. I'll see you there my friends. I don't know if you've ever had an experience like this before. But it's something that's happened to me so many times in my life. But you might be walking through, say, a garden center or some kind of gift shop or a department store or maybe a marketplace.
And suddenly you'll just get stopped in your tracks by the smell of something wonderful wafting into the air. And you'll look around you and inevitably, well, it's going to be one of two things. It's either soaps for sale or I find more often than not, There is a display of scented candles nearby. And I don't know about you, but personally, there is no greater simple joy in life. Let me try and rephrase that. There is no simpler, most joyful activity anywhere. One can indulge in. In life. Than. Taking a moment to. Stop.

What sensory experiences does Andrew associate with candles?

At the candle display. And. Just smell. What's on offer. Have a little explore. Of the. Various. Scents. That are. Available to you. Because I think, you know, smell, unless you've got, you know, particularly, particularly powerful sense of smell, like my partner does, you know, then it can end up being a little bit of a curse sometimes, I think. But for me, I think most people, especially for me, because my sense of smell is actually fairly dull sometimes, But I forget about it as a scent. As a scent? As a sense. I forget about smell as a sense. And for that reason, you know, I don't often indulge in smells. If I remember to, which I try to more often than not these days. I'll stop and smell roses when I see them.
That's a... That's a top. That's very close to the top in terms of... of simple joys in life. But, um... You know, when you have a display of scented candles in front of you, it's... you know, almost akin to a chocolate box of... of sense to explore and enjoy and it's a it's a strangely serene and peaceful thing to do you know to have all of these sensory experiences in front of you
