I love staying on top of what is going on in our city, what is on renters' minds, and taking all of that knowledge to build a platform that hopefully is going to make New York City better in the long run.

You're not incurable. You're not broken. You're having a normal human experience, and we have a solution for that. And that solution is our podcast, Free Therapy. I'm Ben. And I'm Kevin. And every week, we talk to leading therapists in the country about relationships, work, family dynamics, and all of life's headaches. If you're trying to get rid of anxiety, you're actually fueling more anxiety. So listen to free therapy because therapy is expensive, but our podcast is free. Listen to free therapy with Ben and Kevin on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. Did you think you were the only one? Like no matter what you did, it was never good enough for your mother. I'm Jennifer Arnese, and this is the Black Mother Wound Podcast, where we unpack and heal from the very first relationship that shaped us.

We rush to accommodate other people when we have been hurt and our hurt has not been healed. Listen to the Black Mother Wound podcast from the Black Effect Podcast Network on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, and wherever you get your podcasts. Hi, everybody. Chuck here. Saturday of 2026, but in COVID time, it's September 10th, 2020. And this is our episode called Wetlands, Wetlands, Wetlands. With exclamation points at the end of each of those words. It had to be Josh that came up with that title because it's as Josh Clark a title as you can ever get. So this is about wetlands, wetlands, wetlands. And I think I picked this one because I just recently took a hike through Doll's Head. trail here in Atlanta.
Unknown 2:09
It is an urban trail that is decorated with the trash that was formerly in that part. It's sort of an industrial, like the forest next to an industrial part of Atlanta still is. And it was kind of a dumping ground. So artists cleaned it up, forged a trail and took that trash, a lot of doll's heads and dolls and kids toys, and they made it into art in a public statement against littering. And it's pretty great. And not only is doll's head trail great, And I highly recommend if you live in Atlanta and haven't heard of it, it's just down Moreland Avenue past the Starlight Drive-In. Just there off the road, like I said, in a weird industrial part of town. But it's got wetlands, wetlands, wetlands. It's got some swamps and some bogs and some small ponds and boardwalks that go through it all.
Unknown 2:55
And it's really great. You can always see some, you know, egrets and herons and turtles and all sorts of animals. Just the other day, I saw a deer kind of peeking through a Right there off of a main busy kind of gross road. So check out this episode from September 10th, all about wetlands. Welcome to Stuff You Should Know, a production of iHeartRadio.
Josh Clark 3:25
Hey, and welcome to the podcast. I'm Josh, and there's Charles, and Jerry's over there, and this is Stuff You Should Know, the Dripping Wet Edition.
Chuck Bryant 3:37
In these wetlands. What? I knew that you would not get that.
Josh Clark 3:43
Is that a Seeger reference?
Chuck Bryant 3:45
Oh, gosh. Why do you have to say Seeger when you always mean Springsteen? Was that
Josh Clark 3:50
Springsteen? Yeah,
Chuck Bryant 3:51
it's Badlands.
Josh Clark 3:53
Oh, okay.
Okay.
Josh Clark 3:54
Maybe these wetlands were born to run? Sure. Run water. I don't like myself anymore. Run water. That was a great save, Chuck. Thanks. So, we're talking wetlands. I have to say, we have to give a shout-out to Tom Peterman, the foul-mouthed wetland biologist who keeps asking us to do this episode. Oh, is that where this came from? Mm-hmm. It was a Tom Peterman suggestion, although I had already wanted to do it anyway, so...
