This stems back to this ludicrous incident now a couple weeks ago. Outside of the ICE facility in New Jersey, the woman in red in this video is Congresswoman McIver. And look at her as she shoves law enforcement now over and over, shoving the cop, striking him with her forearm, trying to push her way into the ICE facility. Look here, slowed down. Do you see the punch she throws? She punches the back of this cop's shoulder. It doesn't hurt the guy. The guy can take it. She's weak. No question. It's not going to be a physical threat to him the way she acted. But that's irrelevant. Did she or did she not break the law? And the answer is yes, she did. Now, you and I knew this. You and I have been rightly saying she needs to be held accountable for this. for these past weeks. And now going into yesterday evening, Monday evening, we get the news that she is being charged with assaulting law enforcement officers.
US Attorney Alina Haba, you know her from all of her time working for the president in a personal capacity. She now is the U.S. attorney up there in Jersey, and she announced the charges.
