This bite size snippet comes from my full conversation with the legnedary Joseph Sullivan.  Think of this as sort of like a trailer for a TV series on Netflix.  If you like this, maybe check out the full conversation when you have the time.After winning an Olympic gold medal for rowing in 2012 Joseph Sullivan found himself lost and in a bleak mental head space after he was pretty much shafted by rowing NZ, the organization and sport he had devoted a large chunk of his life to.In this clip, he talks about how he ended up finding his purpose again by joining the NZ fire service.Joseph is still a fire-fighter.  And has also gone on to win two Americas Cup’s as a grinder for Team New Zealand.
