In this episode I share about tracking and charting your fertility using the fertility awareness method (FAM) for preventing pregnancy. Many women (and men) are intimidated by using this method for birth control. I get it. I was also taught that women could get pregnant every single day of the cycle as well. It can be really tough to accept that we have been misled for SO LONG! Most women are only fertile for 6 days of the month. When we can identify when we are and are not fertile, we are empowered to make decisions about how we will or will not engage sexually based on our intentions for pregnancy.
