And it was a week that ended up being months, ended up being magic month, and then it became magic year, okay, 2025, in my life, where I would think something, just think a thought of something I wanted and it would happen almost instantly. Maybe a few hours, there was a delay.

The reason I was experiencing such potent magic in my life where everything I wanted was falling into my lap, it wasn't because of fucking astrology or whatever.
It was because I was in alignment. I was the component that was finally falling into place. So that all of this magic that was already there could finally work its way through me. What other people think about you. And so the magic that you are seeking in your life is a result of you keeping the channel open. Literally imagine it like opening up the channel. It's the, what's all those like health coaches online say sleep is the best performance enhancing drug on the planet. Like you don't need another coffee to get you up in the morning. You don't need all this stuff. You just get a good night of fucking sleep and it's the biggest cheat code in life, right? Let's say you want a good night of sleep.
But you know that in order to get that sleep, you're going to have to be asleep at 10 p.m. so that you can wake up at 6. What do you have to do to be asleep at 10 p.m.? You probably have to turn your phone off at 8 p.m., right? Let's say you know it takes you hours to wind down. So your promises that you're keeping to yourself this week, for example, are I'm going to put my phone down at 8 p.m.
no matter how fucking hard it is. And I'm going to try something new. And I'm going to try getting an early night of sleep. And you're going to go to sleep. You're going to brush your teeth. You're going to do your skincare, whatever you do. And then you go to sleep at 10pm. You wake up in the morning.
the absolute fucking high that you are going to be on because you did what you said you were going to do is insane you are literally just a few small tunings away from being in alignment yeah because you've got this desire in your head you're like i need to get a good night's sleep i need to get a good night's sleep but every fucking night you're scrolling you're getting distracted right you're chasing these short-term highs and then you wake up the next morning feeling like shit and then you get in the loop again
Whatever your version of that is, right? Maybe you're someone that never expresses themselves in the office. Maybe you're someone that apologizes to other people when they bump into you on the street. And so the next time that happens, you don't say sorry. That's alignment. Because you're not sorry. Staying out of integrity... It splits you off and you give this confusing signal. It's not clear.
You're not this clear channel for magic to visit you. And I'm not saying this in a shamey way. This happens to me all the time. Fear is the thing that closes you up. It's fear, it's fear, it's fear. And you have to just stay open. I read this book, The Untethered Soul. Buy it right now, okay? This is a command. This is an order by the untethered soul. I read this about four years ago.
And his whole message in the book, I think he just repeats it over and over and over. He just goes, stay open, stay open, stay open. And he wasn't talking about magic. But he did write another book called The Surrender Experiment. Where he spoke about the year in his life where he just said yes to everything. And he surrendered everything.

It gave me a taste of what it feels like to just be out in the world and expressing myself again. And weeks after that, that was magic week. But it's a tuning. We're going to nice places, dressing up. It's a tuning. Saying yes. Saying yes to the invitation and opening yourself up
to life happening through you. And so if you're lacking magic in your life, all you need is alignment. I'm referencing Abraham Hicks a lot in this episode because she's fucking amazing. But she says, don't waste any time wallowing about why you fell off. Just get back on. Just get back on. That's what she says. She's like, just get back on.
Don't worry and talk with your friends about how, oh, I'm just doing this. She said, just get back on. You break a habit, just get back on. Do it again today. Those are the people that actually get results in life. The people that just get back on. And if you can make yourself this open vessel for all of the magic to flow through you, for life to happen through you, You need to be open.
And how do you stay open? You stay in alignment. Because imagine, if you can imagine your desires as these beautiful things in the air that want to find you, your desires want to find you, the things that you want, the money you want, the house you want, the partner you want, the self-expression that you want, the version of yourself, the body that you want, whatever, right?
These things, they want you back. But they cannot, you cannot receive them If your signal's all muddy and your actions aren't aligning with your desires, it's like a split signal. It's just confusing. So it's just going to find the person that's really fucking clear. The person that shows up every single day. The person that is aligning their thoughts with their actions, right?
You say you want an amazing body, but you haven't used a gym membership yet. You say that you want to write a book, but you don't write every day, even in your journal. You say that you want to make millions.
You say that you want to be able to be so wealthy that you can retire your family, but you're too afraid to start the business and the online store or the shop or gain the clients because you're afraid of what those girls from school are going to say if they see you promoting your business online. Fear, right? It's just fear. And how liberating to know that you can be
the cooperative element in the fulfillment of your desires. If you just sort of imagine that everything in the universe is always working in your favor and the only missing part is you, like the link in a chain. It's all lined up for you and the only missing link is you.

Whatever it is that you know that you need to do to feel aligned, do it. Stay open. Okay, how does stay open look like in a daily experience? Let's say someone walks up to you on the street and they compliment your outfit.
The fear brain might just go, oh, thank you, thank you, right? You might brush it off because you can't trust strangers, right? That's the belief, you can't trust strangers. But what if this person has something within them that you've been praying for? What if there's a job that you've been praying for and you're like, why isn't it coming through? Why isn't it coming through?
And God or the universe is literally knocking on your door through these stranger encounters, right? But you keep closing yourself off for them. And so in that encounter with a stranger, it might just be being curious. Be like, oh, what if this is the thing coming? What if it's coming through now? What if the thing I've been asking for is coming through now? And so you go, oh, thank you so much.
I like your outfit. Blah, blah, blah, blah. Just carry it on for a little bit. Poke around. See what's there. And this doesn't just involve stranger encounters. This can involve you having an idea, right? And fulfilling it as soon as possible. Shorten the time it takes for you to execute your ideas and your desires. Fulfill them as and when they come. Stay in the flow, stay open.
And let the magic visit you because magic is in you. It's in you, it's in you, it's in you. And you're always gonna forget it, all right? But sometimes, I don't know what girly pop needs to hear this. Sometimes you do need to just curl your fucking hair. Sometimes you do need to just put that outfit on, get your pedi done. Yeah. You are your own little fucking instrument.
We are each an instrument and you have to tune yourself and do the things that make you feel good because feeling good raises your vibration. And from that place, you can find all the delicious, beautiful things that you've been asking for. You become a magnet, right? Think about it.

You know, like, I have a friend that when I skip my period, I just hang out with her, and then it comes the next day. We will both miss our periods at the same time until we hang out and then we get it back the next day. Like, I'm very... My friends and I, we talk about spirituality a lot because we live it, we practice it.
We're very tapped into it, very tapped into our feelings and we speak in this sort of way. But it's never something... It's not something that I do a lot of online because it's very vulnerable. But now I feel amazing because now my outer expression... on social media, on my podcast, is more coherent and cohesive with the woman that I am in private.
