It's the Good Glow Podcast, the second half with Sophie Murray. This season of the Good Glow is brought to you with thanks to Centre Multibiotics Complete. Big thanks to them for supporting the Good Glow this season. If you've listened to this podcast for a while, you'll know I'm always trying to make wellness less complicated because I used to believe that I had to do all of the things all of the time, but these days I'm much more interested in habits. I can actually stick to and that work for me. So the big thing is when I can understand why I'm doing something, I'm far more likely to keep doing it. Central Multibiotics Complete is part of my morning routine. Let me tell you why. It's a daily food supplement that combines 18 essential vitamins and minerals and 18 scientifically proven strains for my gut in one capsule.

It even includes vitamin D. For normal immune function and vitamin B12 to support energy release. One capsule, once a day, that's it. I can't overcomplicate my days, but looking after myself is a massive priority. For me, it's the little things that I do consistently day to day that make the biggest difference. You can find Centrum Multibautics Complete in Tesco, Dunn stores and booths in store and online. Line. So excited today to pick up where we left off last week with Sophie. Sophie is such an open book on this podcast. Thank you for all the feedback that we got last week. I have linked the first half of my conversation in the show notes if you haven't heard it. But today Sophie continues on. She's speaking about the day when her mum's dog Belle was stolen from her house and really how Sophie has been able to build her self-worth and

confidence over the last couple of years. It's such a fascinating listen. Oh, and we also talk about my little brother Sam, who Sophie is marrying, and as a family we could not be more excited for them. So let's get back into Sophie and I'll chat to you at the end. Your mum's beautiful dog Belle was stolen from her house. Yeah. Yeah. And I I do think the whole country knew about this story and supported you They would bite the story and supported you. But like talk us through that day and uh how you've

managed to rebuild somehow. The support was unbelievable. Obviously you put it everywhere and everyone it was the nicest I've seen online be. Do you know online could be a scary place and it was just the nicest, nicest, nicest people reaching out to the I was inundated with messages and people constantly like sending me links to puppies. Could this be her? Is someone trying to sell her and all this kind of stuff? It was the support was unbelievable. So my mum it was literally this week last year. My mum rings me and she just says, Bell's gone and I Immediately, what? Like, where like I outs. She ran outside. What do you mean? And she says, Belle's gone. Someone broke in and she's gone. And I immediately I actually fell to the floor.
Sophie Murray 2:59
I was just so like, what? What what what? Like, what do you mean she's gone? Like, where could she be? Well, she's nearby. I was just like, There's no way, and went over the so someone had snuck in a window, had gone through all her her stuff in the hallway, a hammer. Bag. There was two bags maybe poured out everywhere, gone through the chest of drawers in the kitchen. The place just kind of pulled apart. They took her camera and cash as well. But Belle taken out of her crate. Um, horrible. It was devastating. It was just so sad because all you could think of was what have they done with her? What are they doing with her? Is she even still alive? Is she going to a puppy farm? Like it's just a really dark thing to just.
Sophie Murray 3:40
Just it's just really sad. I take I'm obsessed with dogs, so I it really felt like a baby, you know, it was just so sad. But I like I said, like that was a really bad time because I got too addicted to it. I became my own FBI agent. I would drive around and around and around the area and way further, just thinking I'd see her, thinking she maybe Maybe she's on the side of the road. Maybe she's in a bush. Maybe they ditched her.
