What blockbuster trade did the LA Rams make involving Myles Garrett?

Unknown 0:00
This is an iHeart Podcast. Guaranteed human. You know, Steve Carell is a great singer. Can you tell you not to audition for The Office or something?
Alec Baldwin 0:23
I told him. Whoa. We were filming Anchorman. Clearly, I was the idiot. Thank God he didn't listen to me, right?
Unknown 0:29
Listen to Hey Jonas on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.

What does the A.J. Brown trade to the New England Patriots mean for the Eagles?

Timbo 0:35
Last night, a blown call changed a game. This morning, the internet lost its mind, and nobody's telling you exactly what happened. That's where Sports Slice comes in. I'm Timbo, and every episode, we're cutting through the noise, breaking down the biggest moments in sports, and giving you the real story behind the headlines. And we're going straight to the source, the athletes themselves, their locker room stories, their reactions in the moment, and the stuff nobody gets to hear. Listen to Sports Slice on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. And for more, follow Timbo Slice Life 12 and the TikTok Podcast Network on TikTok.

Every family has its secrets. But what happens when you discover that your dad has been living a double life?
Unknown 1:19
That is not the look of an innocent man.

How does Odell Beckham Jr.'s return impact the New York Giants?

Unknown 1:22
Is everyone lying to me about who they are?
Alec Baldwin 1:25
I felt such desperation. I felt it was what I had to do. Listen to Deep Cover, The Family Man on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. Hey, it's Alec Baldwin. This season on my podcast, Here's the Thing, I talk to composer Mark Shaman. It's about the hang. It's the pleasure of hanging out with the people that you're with. You know, Rob and I was always a great hang.
Morgan Neville 1:53
And director Morgan Neville.

What are the implications of Malik Nabers' knee concerns for the Giants?

Morgan Neville 1:55
Film school teaches you all the wrong things about making documentary. What do you want to say? Documentary is all about your ear. What do you hear? I feel like my job is listening really, really hard.

What is going on, everybody? John Middlecoff, Three and Out Podcast. What a day in the National Football League.

What personal challenges did John Middlekauff face during the four-month sleep regression?

John Middlekauff 2:34
We had trades galore. One of the biggest trades, feels like, in the history of the NFL. Miles Garrett to the Rams. Oh, yeah, and the Eagles traded A.J. Brown to the New England Patriots, which I guess we all knew was coming, so... Just an insane day. We will dive into both. We'll do some dad diaries, some mailbag questions, at John Middlecoff. At John Middlecoff is the Instagram. If you listen on Colin's feed, make sure you subscribe to 3 and Out, separate feed.

How does John balance parenting with podcasting responsibilities?

John Middlekauff 3:02
We're on Netflix as well. You can hit the alert button, never miss a show. And we also do some separate content on the YouTube page for things that don't make the podcast. So appreciate everyone listening. Let's just dive right into the craziness. Well, let's just start with the Rams, who, as Vito Corleone once famously said in The Godfather, I'm going to make him an offer he can't refuse. And essentially that is what the Rams did to land Miles Garrett. I do believe the Cleveland Browns, when their owner comes out, they release a statement that they did not intend on trading Miles Garrett. I know they reworked his contract to give themselves options, but they were going to trade him, or if they did, it was going to take a ton.
John Middlekauff 3:53
And that's what they got.

What questions did listeners ask in the Middlekauff Mailbag segment?

John Middlekauff 3:54
And it's been well reported by this point in time that the Rams kept saying no when it came to including Jared Verse. I think it's fair to assume they were willing to throw a bunch of picks for Myles Garrett. Multiple ones, multiple twos, and keep their existing players, meaning one of the better, younger pass rushers in the league. A guy that was six in the NFL in terms of pressure last year. Now, relative to Myles Garrett, he ain't Myles Garrett. More than likely, he will never sniff becoming Myles Garrett, mainly because Garrett is one of the best players in the history of the NFL. I'll never forget last year when the Eagles were joint practicing with the Browns. Obviously, the Eagles coming off Super Bowl,
