Hey, what's good, y'all? You're listening to Learn the Hard Way with your favorite therapist and host, Keir Gaines. This space is about Black men's experiences, having honest conversations that it's really not safe to have anywhere, but you're having them with a licensed professional who knows what he's doing. How many men carry a suit of armor? It signals to the world that you not to be played with. And just because you have the capability, that does not mean that you need to. Listen to Learn the Hard Way on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. 2%.

When a group of women discover they've all dated the same prolific con artist, they take matters into their own hands. I vowed I will be his last target. He is not going to get away with this. Thanks for listening to the Herd Podcast. Be sure to catch us live every weekday on Fox Sports Radio and noon to 3 Eastern, 9 a.m. to noon Pacific. Find your local station for the Herd at foxsportsradio.com or stream us live every day on the iHeartRadio app by searching Fox Sports Radio or FSR. Now let's get this party started. You're listening to Fox Sports Radio. Well, they made three playoff appearances under Steve Kime. Twice voted Exec of the Year. Ten years with the Arizona Cardinals. He drafted, by the way, Kyler Murray, Honey Badger, Trey McBride, Ahsan Reddick, Buda Baker. He's now joining us live, and he's in a good mood. I just talked to him, and we're getting fired up for the draft. All right.
Colin Cowherd 2:59
So... I was thinking about Brett Veach, who you know, the GM. They're never going to be up here again this high in the draft. They're never going to be up this high. They needed a running back. They got one. They need a corner. If they could keep their second-round pick where there's about five corners they could grab, would you consider taking both your firsts, moving up, and getting an edge rusher? Reese, Bailey, Bain. Would you consider it, Steve? Because they're not going to be drafting in the top ten maybe for the next ten years.
Steve Keim 3:34
100%. And I always said this. I said, once you get to that point, when your team is like a Brett Veach or a Howie Roseman, and you have these rosters that are stacked, obviously the one position that's hard to find is a pass rusher. So I would absolutely package deals up if I could go get one. The one thing I've always said, Colin, is you look at the NFL draft, and then you weigh that with free agencies. Very few times are there times where left tackles, pass rushers, quarterbacks, elite players at those positions are in free agency. So to me, I think, you know, you got to go try to build through the draft and that's your lifeblood. And I think obviously Brett Veach has an opportunity here to make some hay.

Ruben Bain, measurements don't add up. How do you feel about that? A lot of people are like, I watched the Indiana-Miami game. I thought he was maybe the best player. What do you do when a guy doesn't hit the measurements?
