She shares with us her journey with food and body dysmorphia and how that's effected her confidence in what she does. She shares how she learned to love every part of herself and her pursuit of intuitive eating and additionally, how to let go of the idea that if she loves herself enough, she'll get skinnier. As of today, Biet is present with her food and says that "food is her bitch. She eats it, it doesn't eat her."
