game and I did the exact opposite, yeah.
Yeah, and I was it kind of that looked like it was trending that way a little bit. Like even the third quarter, it's kind of when I got to like thirteen, um was thirteen six at one point. But it it kind of it had that like the both defences were kind of stepping up and it was the offenses that seemed to be letting everyone down on both sides, I feel like. Um I think just disappointed. Uh, I think the players have said that as well, in the sense of it's such They're almost you you I feel like you'd rather be blown out than have a game like that because you're just gonna look at this game and reflect on it thinking, oh, we should have won or could have won that game because it was so close. Um and I think there's a there's quite a lot of elements in this game as well, and I think that we can talk about that.
Hm, do nothing huge as a standout, but just a few things that make me go, Uh, maybe there's some changes to be made here and there in the team. Uh, what about you, Jay? What do you think?
Well, I mean it it's difficult, isn't it? Because the Jags come into that game nine game regular season winning streak, which is just an incredible, incredible run. Uh and I think that, you know, there's gonna be plays like there is in every single loss that that that certain players will look back on. I mean Trevor Lawrence said after the game as well that there were plays that he wishes that he could have again, which is unspeakable. Yeah, that was a few I I feel like
there was two throws that I remember just thinking Yeah. Okay. But that might just be in the confidence that he's in. There was that who made I I can't remember what play it was. You don't want that
to change though, do you? Trevor's at home's got that confidence and he feels like he just can he can just
do whatever he wants,
you
know. Hundred percent. But there was like there was two passes. I think there was one in the first quarter against the Broncos and definitely one last week where he he I don't know how he found an opening. Even the camera couldn't see that the person was open. And I think he kind of like looked to repeat a few of those uh against the Broncos and it didn't kind of pay off. So yeah, to your point, it's not like it's you know, don't don't not do that. It's just you You know, sometimes that's gonna happen and then you manage to win. And then other times you have those turnovers and you you can't kind of Claw it back. I mean we we didn't score more than thirteen, so you know.
But credit to the Denver Broncos defense as well, because they are one of the best in the NFL.
