A few days after his 21st birthday, Doug Bopst was in jail, coming off an opiate addiction cold turkey. After years of numbing his insecurities through food and drugs, he quite literally hit a (cell) wall. A divine encounter with a cellmate shifted his perspective, and training and fitness became his gateway to freedom. Flash forward to now, Doug Bopst is a changed man on every level.
