Stefan Ozich - The Man Who Ran The Length Of NZ Twice!

Today we are so very lucky to have Stefan Ozich, a man with an incredibly powerful story with eye opening and thought provoking views on mental heath and the importance of us understanding it so we can take control of it... After Stefan received news no one should ever have to receive he knew he needed to make a stand... Stefan set out on October 1st 2024 for what would end up being a long, gruesome and lonely journey along the Te Araroa trail. He set out with no more than his determination, thoughts and the selflessness act of aiming to raise awareness for Men's Mental Health and $1 million dollars for 'The Last Chance Project' a non profitable organisation that focuses their time on improving men's mental health and wellbeing here in Aotearoa. Not only did Stefan reach the end of Aotearoa, 114 after his first steps... He turned around and went back UP the country... Today we have Stefan in studio to talk about that journey and his why!
