Three time CrossFit Games athlete Carleen Mathews shares her story on this episode of the Key Nutrition Podcast. After college, Carleen suffered from an eating disorder and began abusing drugs and alcohol. After letting down a good friend while drinking, Carleen decided to get sober, finding CrossFit along the way. She began funneling her addictive behavior into something she was passionate about, which led her to compete among the top female athletes in the world.
