Morgan Boland is one of my favorite amateur runners to follow on Instagram. She started running just as the pandemic hit in 2020 with little to no athletic experience. She also had two young children at home to take care of while her husband had a wild work schedule. Not only did Morgan use running to help her feel like herself again and get some much needed alone time, she fell in love with the sport.
