So it turns out uh the Rams are okay. I I think they're gonna be just fine. Uh no Miles Garrett, no Puka Nakua Shield, no problem uh against the Giants team. We'll talk about everything that happened with them, but really, even when Jackson Darr was on the field, did not seem to be on their level tonight.
They're a US team. You know, you probably have some friends who, you know, they might be in their 30s or 40s and they're like, I've never traveled outside the US. Some people are just more comfortable in their home country. And that appeared to be the case with the Rams. Yeah, this was this was the team we expected to see all season long. Even though, like you said, they didn't have Nakua, they didn't have Miles Garrett, they still have 484 yards of offense. You can tell Devontae Adams is like. Like, all right, Puka's not here. This is my time to get some targets and pad these stats a little bit. And he looked incredible. You know, now he's in the conversation with anybody. It's the best number two in the NFL.
So yeah, they got back on track. Uh, and now they can continue, I think, being a normal football team going forward.

But yeah, I feel like he just, you know, the minute that game ended, and Tom can fill us in whether this was uh the conversation when he was talking to people, I'm sure the minute that game ended, they're just like, let's forget this, never talk about this again. Let's get our plan for rest and hydration when we get back to the The US and let's make sure we have a great season. So that's what it felt like to me. And if that was the plan, you know what? The plan worked pretty well because they look, they look great tonight.
It well, it wasn't totally clean either. You know, I I know Lisa Salters asked Sean that when he was coming out of the locker room at halftime, like what allowed the offense to get going? And the look on Sean's face made me think that he wanted his answer to be, well, we had as many turnovers as touchdowns in the first half. So it's not really great just yet. But but all those little things. I mean, last week was the second half where things kind of crumbled.
