Alisa has been suffering from Posterior Tibial Tendon Dysfunction (AKA tibialis posterior tendinopathy) for 5 long months.Long hours at work hindered the recovery process. Alisa also continued to run through her foot pain as symptoms seemed to decrease during the run. However, this decision resulted in ongoing pain and irritation week by week. Brodie & Alisa talk about her treatment plan and the management decisions that began the healing experience.
