If you talk to yourself like your best friend, you'll see what needs improvement. Practice selling. As the old saying goes, practice makes perfect. By practicing selling you can see what does and doesn't work. From there, you can better master your craft. Be open to constructive criticism. If you don't take feedback and criticism into consideration, you'll never improve. Listen to people's critiques and use them to improve your craft.
