We will try an experiment to explore and understand better how our body posture affects us. We will also try two simple exercises to change our state of mind, and boost our confidence in only two minutes. What You Will Learn In This Episode: - How confident and unconfident body language affects your body chemistry - How we can reverse-engineer body language and use it in our favour - The costume shop exercise - How to raise testosterone and lower cortisol at the same time - and why that's helpful - The importance of using our body with awareness When we don't feel confident, we pull our body inwards, we shrink, make ourselves smaller . When we feel confident, we tend to sit or stand up a bit taller, hold our head up, our shoulders back and down.
